On the 14th, Dugiverse refuted, “Attract CEO Jeon Hong-joon claimed that on the 5th, on the date of the interrogation for the suspension of the exclusive contract, Dugibus accidentally omitted the details of Fifty Fifty’s earnings, but this is not true.” <\/p>\n
Currently, the four members of Fifty Fifty are demanding accuracy and transparency about the statement of accounts from Attract. Dugiverse is arguing that “Attract omits the settlement of revenue statements, and now evades responsibility, blaming Dugiverse.” <\/p>\n
According to Dugiverse, in August 2020, Star Crew ENT signed an advance payment investment distribution contract with Interpark. Star Crew ENT is another entertainment agency led by CEO Jeon Hong-joon. CEO Jeon established Attract Corporation in June 2021 while starting a project for the debut of a new girl group. <\/p>\n
Dugiverse said, “In July of last year, in order to raise the production cost that was insufficient at the time, Attract supplied the finished sound source of ‘Tell Me’, a song from the 1st album of Fifty Fifty, to Interpark.” We paid an advance payment to Star Crew ENT,” he explained. <\/p>\n
However, on the 10th, Interpark said, “The investment contract is not an investment for Fifty Fifty, and the members have no obligation to pay back.” Regarding this, Dugiverse asked, “It is true that there is no correlation between the sound source of Fifty Fifty and the part where the advance payment was given as collateral for future production.” <\/p>\n

Attract is pointing out CEO Ahn Seong-il as being behind the recent extortion attempt against Fifty Fifty members. A complaint was filed against CEO Ahn and three others on charges of obstruction of business, damage to electronic records, fraud, and breach of trust. On the other hand, Dugiverse is responding by saying, “We will take legal action against the false accusations against CEO Jeon Hong-joon and the company’s representative of Attract and the continuous spread of false information through the media.” <\/p>\n
In the midst of this, the four members of Fifty Fifty, including Kina (20, main rapper), Saena (19, rhythm and main dancer), Shio (18, main vocalist), and Aran (18, lead vocalist), signed an exclusive contract with Attract through their legal representative. An application for provisional injunction to suspend the validity of the contract was filed with the Seoul Central District Court. Both sides are fighting a legal battle.<\/p>\n
