They are investigating violations of the subcontracting law.  The scope of the investigation may be expanded. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, the Fair Trade Commission announced an intensive inspection, saying, &#8220;We will eradicate unfair subcontracting practices in the field of subcontracting services such as content.&#8221;  However, it was not confirmed whether the unfairness of contracts between entertainment companies and celebrities was included in the scope of this investigation. <\/p>\n<p>Instead, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is currently conducting a fact-finding survey on the popular culture and art industries.  It is reported that they recently sent an official letter to some large entertainment companies to cooperate in the fact-finding investigation.  Items related to unfair trade were included here.<\/p>\n<p>In the entertainment industry, it is difficult to comment on the details of the investigation.
