Reporter Lee Jae-hoon = Spotify, the world’s largest audio and music streaming platform, launched ‘My Top 5: BTS Songs’ to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the debut of the global super group ‘BTS’. Songs)’ in-app function was launched on the 13th.
Through this function provided by the Spotify mobile app, listeners can create a share card by selecting five of their favorite songs from BTS and share it on social media.
All you have to do is check out the numerous songs directly curated by BTS and select your five favorite songs to rank them. If you choose a background image emphasizing a group or a favorite member, a customized share card is automatically created based on this, and you can share it on social media. This interactive experience is available in 15 languages in 48 countries, including Korea.
BTS said, “The whole journey together as BTS was special, and we were able to hear a variety of music along the way. Many people participated in Spotify’s ‘My Top: BTS Songs’ to enjoy new experiences and listen to their favorite songs. I hope you can share it.”
Previously, Spotify provided a ‘My Top 5’ feature of Canadian R&B superstar The Weeknd, American hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar, and Spanish pop star ROSALÍA. Among Korean artists, BTS was the first to apply.
