Reporter Lee Jae-hoon = Attract, the agency of the rookie K-pop girl group ‘Fifty Fifty’, is suing the executives of Dugiverse, an outsourcing company for the Fifty Fifty music project.
On the 21st, Attract said, “We filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station this afternoon on charges of obstruction of business and damage to electronic records.”
Regarding Mr. A, “I continuously requested a takeover from May 10th, but it was only on June 16th that I handed over the administrator’s master account while deleting six email accounts of Dugibus employees.”
Earlier, last month, Attract filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station against Dugibus CEO Ahn Seong-il for obstruction of business, damage to electronic records, and breach of duty. On the 7th of this month, an additional complaint was filed against CEO Ahn on charges of embezzlement in business, forgery of private documents, and forged documents.
On the other hand, Dugiverse denies the accusations that Attract claimed, such as revealing that it acquired the copyright of Fifty Fifty’s hit song ‘Cupid’ through a legal process through its own music publisher. He is responding with defamation.
